Bridge Builders put together a perfect one-week program for our MBA class! We were able to learn about the culture and the economy of Guatemala and focus on sustainable development, with a "hands-on" exposure to the fair trade and organic coffee industry there. All our students considered it a great experience! Todd M. Shank, PhD
Chris Eaton and Bridge Builders were a perfect host for our trip to Guatemala. We were a large group looking for meaningful work in a safe, culturally-diverse environment, and that's precisely what we found in BridgeBuiders. All of the kids and adults in our group had an amazing experience, and we will call on Bridge Builders again when we travel to Central America.
Bridge Builders has a deep concern for the poor and offers very practical ways to impact lives. Our church has taken two trips using Bridge Builders as our in-country organizer. Every detail (itinerary, hotels, local transportation, international telephones, translators, guides, etc.) has been perfectly planned and orchestrated. The guides, chosen to accompany our groups and to translate for us, have been amazing and have found permanent places in our hearts. We can't wait to plan our next trip!
Bridge Builders offers a truly unique experience that you will not find as a tourist in Guatemala. There was never any need to worry as professionalism and safety are top priorities at Bridge Builders.

For the past six years, Bridge Builders has taken the worry of finding meaningful impacting projects off of our school's shoulders. We simply contact them, tell them what kind of project we are looking for, and they do the rest. Project, housing, food, and transportation is all taken care of.
Two words come to my mind regarding Bridge Builders and the work they do - compassionate and progressive. Compassionate in that they work in areas where the people suffer a lot due to deep seated economic, social, or environmental challenges. Progressive in that they incorporate best practices learned from the field of development that involve local resources combined with outside resources to solve problems. North Americans who participate with Bridge Builders have the opportunity to work closely with local people in solving difficult issues they face on a daily basis. Bridge Builders is a heartwarming, exhilarating, humbling, WOW experience for everyone. Dr. John VanKeppel
Our experience with Bridge Builders was one of the very best our campus has ever had working with an international facilitator. I have sponsored many, many international expeditions, fact-finding projects, social justice programs and general exploratory efforts. Our group gave this Guatemala experience the very best ratings I could have imagined, and we owe it all to Bridge Builders.
Our school has been doing trips with Bridge Builders for ten years and our experience has always been outstanding. Their projects are always community-oriented, developmentally sound, and culturally rich. Somehow they are able to meet the needs and expectations for a group experience while also making sure that their projects are what is best for the local community. I highly recommend partnering with them! Brad Mauldin
